About Century West Multifamily Income REIT, LLC:
Century West Multifamily Income REIT, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company with its corporate offices in the State of California (the "Company"), is a self-managed and self-administered Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") that specializes in the acquisition, development, ownership and leasing of residential multifamily / apartment real estate properties in the Southwestern United States.
The Company acquires, develops or re-develops, and then actively manages stabilized, commercial residential multifamily / apartment properties with the objective of providing a stable and secure source of income for the Company’s Shareholders and maximize potential returns upon disposition of the Company’s real estate assets through capital appreciation.

Though the Company's residential multifamily / apartment assets are currently, and expected to continue to be, concentrated in the Southwestern region of the United States, the Company's assets will also be geographically diverse and concentrated in major urban where more and more people are choosing renting over homeownership. According to Goldman Sachs "Millennials Coming of Age," Americans born between 1980 and 2000 are choosing to rent over homeownership due to factors such as (but not being limited to): significant student loan debt, general preference for a flexible lifestyle, tight credit standards in the single-family home mortgage market, and the delay of marriage and children. Further, many households are choosing to rent given maintenance costs and other burdens associated with homeownership.

The Company's Mission:
The Company aims to deliver Steady, Long-Term Consistent Returns to its Shareholders, consisting of a Stable & Reliable Stream of Income, achieved through Value Added Investments with Opportunistic Returns, all backed by commercial residential multifamily / apartment real estate assets.

The Company's Commitment to Green Initiatives:
The Company intends to focus on Green Initiatives that are cost beneficial to each of the Company's hospitality properties. As a matter of practice, the Company will use the following guidelines in the development, re-development, rehabilitation, repair and maintenance of its hospitality properties.

Paint with low volatile organic compound (VOC) levels;

Flooring that is recyclable or made from recycled fibers;

High efficiency and/or compact fluorescent lighting in common areas;

Lighting timers and sensors installed in property offices and in common areas;

Toilets, faucets and shower heads fitted with water saving devices;

Where possible, water usage will be individually metered or allocated;

HVAC systems, water heating or boiler systems and windows and doors upgraded as necessary with systems and materials meeting current energy efficiency requirements; and
-
Ensuring that Green Products Guidelines are used for sourcing cleaning and maintenance supplies.
